Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for high-impact fintech projects
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops and JIRA backlog grooming with engineering, product, and executive teams
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Coordinate UAT cycles and ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with business goals
- Document and maintain process improvements in Confluence and Visio
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA proficiency
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling (ERD, dimensional modeling)
- Strong stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in user stories, BRDs, and process flows
- Experience with API integration documentation and system architecture diagrams
