Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops and create detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and ROI
- Partner with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure sprint alignment with business priorities
- Document and communicate findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMP)
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
