Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs effectively
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) are highly desirable
