Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track project success and business impact
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or fintech environment
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
