Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit functional specifications
- Create process flows, data models, and wireframes for digital solutions
- Validate system implementations through UAT and regression testing
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Document business rules and system architecture in Visio/JIRA
- Mentor junior analysts and drive best practice adoption
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record in requirement elicitation and documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
