Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Design and optimize data models using SQL and BI tools to drive strategic insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance dashboards for executive reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or tech industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
