Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Leverage SQL and Power BI to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage JIRA backlogs
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
- Identify and quantify ROI opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
