Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and dashboards
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive consensus on key initiatives
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities with executive stakeholders
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Knowledge of financial systems and healthcare industry preferred
