Responsibilities
- Analyze enterprise systems to identify process inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed business requirements documents with process flows and data models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and present analytical findings
- Develop SQL queries and Tableau dashboards to visualize performance insights
- Manage project timelines using Agile methodologies and Jira
- Document system specifications and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements documentation
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivering analytics projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
