Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis initiatives, eliciting requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and solution documentation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct gap analysis and propose optimization strategies for existing systems
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and ensure seamless implementation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with enterprise systems
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio), and visualization platforms
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements and driving successful projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, finance, or manufacturing industries preferred
