Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through data-driven insights
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements using Agile methodologies and stakeholder interviews
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive stakeholders with compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Lead UAT cycles and validate solution effectiveness against requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent preferred
