Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards for performance tracking
- Lead UAT testing and ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and ROI analysis
- Coordinate with development teams during implementation phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Knowledge of Florida's regulatory landscape (bonus)
