Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops and create comprehensive documentation (BRDs, UML diagrams, wireframes)
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools to perform data analysis and generate actionable reports
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance optimization recommendations
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering successful process optimization projects
- Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
