Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system enhancements
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Expertise in requirements gathering and UML modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with financial services or healthcare industries preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
