Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and functional documentation using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track project performance and business impact
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN notation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industries a plus
