Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables for enterprise-level projects
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in IT or fintech sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM/ERP implementation and change management best practices
- Demonstrated success leading requirements gathering sessions with executive stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset and attention to detail
