Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis using BPMN, UML, and data modeling techniques
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and system diagrams
- Perform quantitative analysis using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and process re-engineering
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with SAFe certification
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirement management platforms
- PMP or CBAP certification strongly preferred
