Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design data-driven optimization strategies
- Document detailed requirements using UML, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to measure initiative success
- Lead UAT testing cycles and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Translate technical specifications into clear business documentation for non-technical audiences
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and prioritize features using MoSCoW methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in fintech or banking sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Proven track record of requirements gathering for SaaS platforms
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience translating data into business insights
- Strong Spanish language proficiency required for Latin American market engagement
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS)
