Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis requirements gathering and documentation
- Develop process maps, user stories, and technical specifications for enterprise systems
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Validate system implementations through UAT and support post-launch optimization
- Create executive dashboards and KPIs to track business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL proficiency and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite stakeholders
