Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive business requirements using BPMN and UML modeling
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows and system architecture documentation
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for 10+ member teams
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and use case development
- Strong background in healthcare compliance (HIPAA) or financial regulations
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
