Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Create process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record in requirements gathering for SaaS platforms
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
