Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex business processes and deliver actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders
- Translate technical specifications into clear business requirements for development teams
- Create data-driven visualizations using Power BI/Tableau to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects ensuring alignment between business and IT objectives
- Develop ROI models and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and requirement documentation tools
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data warehousing environments
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
