Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Document business rules, requirements, and project artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and JIRA
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with API integrations and data migration projects
