Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes using JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven track record in process optimization
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and UML/SW modeling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience with healthcare/financial services compliance (HIPAA, SOX) advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
