Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements using Agile methodologies
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical alignment
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and requirements elicitation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Experience with financial systems or payment processing a plus
