Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis using Agile methodologies
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams
- Develop and maintain process maps, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present complex data in digestible formats
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps and prioritize features
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for business processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques and UML modeling
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and change management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
