Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create and maintain comprehensive process flows and data models
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Document requirements using UML, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Validate solutions through rigorous testing and user feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
