Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using data modeling, workflow diagrams, and process mapping
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Lead JIRA/Confluence backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Design and implement KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Agile teams to align on project deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and propose system optimization strategies
- Create comprehensive BRDs, SDDs, and UML documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with federal contracting processes and FAR regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
