Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation for enterprise-level projects
- Design and implement process optimization solutions using BPMN and UML modeling
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) with cross-functional teams
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system integration solutions
- Create comprehensive business cases with ROI projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or gaming industries
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA highly valued
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management at C-level
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
