Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for fintech applications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop KPI dashboards and data visualizations to track business performance
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Document requirements using UML diagrams and business process modeling tools
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Strong experience with requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases)
- Demonstrable success in cross-functional project delivery
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Knowledge of financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOX) a plus
