Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business needs and functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
