Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using SQL and visualization tools
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and solution architecture documentation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and guide JIRA/Confluence workflows
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT coordination and performance metrics tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Expertise in requirement elicitation methodologies (user stories, use cases, BPMN)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
