Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities and streamline operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business value
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs post-implementation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies applicable to business analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with focus on process optimization
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or e-commerce industries
