Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop detailed process maps, data models, and functional specifications
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to generate actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage project requirements through Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories and test cases
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to measure initiative success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) highly desirable
