Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track project milestones using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Document requirements and maintain project artifacts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA)
- Monitor project budgets and escalate risks
- Generate status reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years project coordination experience
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the US
