Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in financial markets
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable plans
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and Tableau for leadership reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and success metrics
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and industry best practices
- Prepare detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and test cases
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex business needs into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with weekend shift operations and agile methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
