Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Model processes using BPMN and create detailed functional specifications
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify opportunities
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate UAT sessions and document test results
- Create visual dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and process modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
