Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes for new initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and requirements traceability matrices
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure sprint deliverables meet business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and visualization platforms
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
