Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using Agile methodologies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, functional requirements, and system specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business units, translating technical jargon into understandable business benefits.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to create test plans, test cases, and validate UAT results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex business problems and propose viable solutions.
