Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to define business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Case Diagrams, and Process Flowcharts.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test plans and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Reporting: Monitor project KPIs and generate progress reports to keep leadership informed of project status.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex business problems.
