Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify process gaps and recommend optimization strategies.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project requirements and user stories.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate solutions with users and ensure the final product meets business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
