Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and documentation for system enhancements
- Support project implementation through testing, validation, and user training
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
