Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather consensus on project objectives
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Document findings and present actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
