Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to identify pain points
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate solution implementations
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Expertise in requirement gathering and UML diagramming
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives
