Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Create and present comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure successful implementation
- Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
