Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and documentation for system enhancements
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Document business rules and maintain requirement traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or gaming industries
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
