As a key liaison between our stakeholders and technical staff, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and system architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to define product scope and deliverables.
- Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor project milestones, provide status updates, and mitigate risks throughout the SDLC.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure final solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and process modeling software (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC phases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
