Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering to define project scope and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, and process maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers) to ensure alignment and seamless solution delivery.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to bridge communication gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
