The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs, defining system requirements, and delivering solutions that propel our organization forward. Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough research and stakeholder interviews to accurately define business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Documentation: Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data to identify trends, assess process gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate workshops and act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
