Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities through data modeling
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Excel
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure regulatory compliance
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Strong background in process mapping and workflow analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA and agile development methodologies
